Design and Build capability for interior and site improvements is truly our specialty. Bay Area Builders can include the architectural and engineering effort required to prepare the construction documents for city approval. We are frequently asked to quote a “TurnKey” project and we select the most suitable design professional(s) and try to include all fees as part of our bid.
On-Site Services
Bay Area Builders believes in total collaboration and team work both from our office and on site. Several of our clients have requested that BAB have a constant presence on their campuses for tenant improvements, new projects and daily maintenance.
