Project Details:
Bay Area Builders transformed two first-generation shell spaces by combining them into a fully built-out taproom featuring a modern kitchen, restroom, and a spacious seating and games area. The project included installing new HVAC units on the roof. The design maintained a “tastefully industrial” aesthetic, blending modern functionality with an industrial-inspired look.
