Bay Area Builders completed a landlord-deliverable project that transformed a large, unoccupied space into two separate tenant suites. This involved constructing a new demising wall, which required updates to the building’s exterior façade and ADA compliance. For one of the new tenants, Bay Area Builders also designed and built a custom patio adjacent to their suite. Additionally, the project included new connections for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with the installation of custom transaction windows and specialized fire sprinkler systems.
