Project Details
The project involved enclosing an existing exterior courtyard to create a new open student office and conference room with a break area. It included a mezzanine level along with skylights, reclaimed deck infill, alternative means and methods of construction with a water curtain for storefront windows, and challenges related to fireproofing and waterproofing above the infill.
